Who we are

We are a group of specialized professionals committed to improving the lives of children and adolescents affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in the South Shore region of Massachusetts. Headquartered in Norwell, our clinical team is comprised of highly experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), Occupational Therapists, and clinically-trained Advocates working tirelessly to change the lives of individuals with ASD and their families.

Clinical Fellowship

The BCBA fellowship at Proven Behavior Solutions is a BCBA training program for newly licensed Behavior Analysts. The program provides new BCBAs with resources and guidance in a supportive clinical environment as they move into the role as a clinical BCBA at Proven Behavior Solutions. The Clinical Fellowship seeks to ensure all BCBAs have significant quality work experience to identify and implement best clinical practice and provide quality ABA services.

Continuing Education

All clinical staff complete ongoing education to promote integrity and cohesiveness among staff, as well as foster the use of best clinical practices. This may include updates on company-related initiatives and policies, refreshers on commonly used techniques or ABA principles, engaging in activities that expand their skills, updates to the field or clinical best practices, and completing certification maintenance requirements. These trainings occur at least monthly, and topics are selected based on the needs of the professional learners within the company. Certificates for certification maintenance are provided following trainings that meet BACB requirements.
