Scott Snider
Chief Executive Officer
Scott serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Proven Behavior Solutions. A former US Air Force officer, senior fighter pilot, and private sector project manager, he brings a wealth of leadership, management, and process improvement experience. More importantly, Scott is driven by a passion for public service and solving needs in the local ASD community. In 2017, Scott was a recipient of the 40 Under 40 Award by Cape and Plymouth Business Magazine, recognizing him as one of the top up-and-coming business leaders in the region. In 2019, he was a recipient of the 40 Under 40 Award by Boston Business Journal, recognizing him as one of the top young business leaders in Massachusetts.

In addition to his work with Proven Behavior Solutions, Scott serves on the Board of Directors for the South Shore Community Action Council (SSCAC) in Plymouth, Massachusetts. Each January he helps teach a Graduate-level Communications course at the Harvard Kennedy School. Scott also continues to serve as a Lieutenant Colonel in the Air Force Reserve, assigned to Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada.

Lindsey Snider

Lindsey is the Chief Operating Officer of Proven Behavior Solutions. She has more than 20 years of professional experience working with children; 14 years of that with young children & adolescents diagnosed with ASD. An expert in ABA, Lindsey has worked for various private and not-for-profit organizations providing direct ABA services and supervising teams of therapists in Florida, Nevada, Massachusetts, and overseas in the United Kingdom. She is also a regular speaker for the Council of Parent Attorneys and Advocates (COPAA), presenting with a local law firm about the need for quality independent evaluations and how to identify them.

In December 2016, Lindsey served as the keynote speaker for the Autism Insurance Resource Center’s annual “Insurance Update” event, delivering an address on Improving Provider Quality to a large audience of ABA providers from across Massachusetts. She is also the author of the popular blog post for Exceptional Lives, “Ask these 10 questions when searching for a quality ABA provider,” which has become a go-to parent resource for Boston Children’s Hospital, the AIRC, and other organizations. She was instrumental in the process to raise capital resulting in its acquisition by an industry leader. Deana has worked in large and small companies across various industries. Along with her enthusiasm to help Proven reach more clients, she brings combined experience in healthcare and multi-location businesses to the role.

Andrea is the Director of Special Education Advocacy at Proven Behavior Solutions. She brings over 14 years of experience working with children with Special Needs, in particular ASD, including 12 years of experience working in the field of ABA.
During her career, she has devoted much of her time to advocating for children to attain quality Special Education services. She has presented on a range of topics involving Best Practices in Special Education and Applied Behavior Analysis to professionals in the educational, clinical, and legal disciplines, as well as parents of children with special needs. In 2019 and 2020, Andrea has had the privilege of working with the Youth Advocacy Foundation and provided Functional Behavior Assessment training for a large group of attorneys preparing to practice Special Education Law.
Andrea’s first role was in a clinical and residential facility for adolescent boys diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. She has taught in public school settings as an Education Coordinator and then Lead Teacher for a special Autism classroom on Cape Cod. During this time she also worked privately as a BCBA, providing in-home treatment and consultation for clients in the South Shore. Andrea holds Massachusetts state licenses in both Severe Disabilities and meets the BACB Standards for Supervision Requirements to supervise BCaBAs, RBTs, and trainees seeking BCBA certification.

In this role she directly supports the Speech Language Pathologists, and oversees the Speech and Occupational Therapy programs across the company. She has over 10 years of clinical experience working with individuals ages birth to twilight who have communication disorders.
Marja is passionate about Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) and assistive technology (AT), and takes pride in educating families and clinicians on the importance of individualized communication modalities. Emily is the Director of Ethics and Compliance at Proven Behavior Solutions. In this role she is responsible for overseeing all regulatory and internal compliance efforts across the company, as well as ensuring clinical services are provided in accordance with BACB, ASHA, and AOTA guidelines. She is certified in healthcare compliance (CHC) by the Compliance Certification Board (CCB).
Emily has been working with the autism population and with children in education-based settings since 2008 and specifically in the field of ABA since 2011. She has provided behavior analytic services in both Vermont and Massachusetts in a variety of settings including public and residential schools, clinics, community-based settings, and client homes. Emily is passionate about ensuring that services are provided in an ethical, effective, and joyful manner.
