Mary Phillips is one of Proven’s dedicated Behavior Technicians, working one-on-one in the home with her client. Mary has been with our team since last summer and is currently studying to become a Registered Behavior Technician.
When asked her favorite part of working at Proven, Mary responded: “I love how supportive my supervisor is and learning new information each time that I work. I love how the learning is hands-on and that there is time to have check-ins with my supervisor and in-person training to discuss questions or concerns. I feel very supported in this position and feel there is a lot of opportunity to grow within this company. Similarly, I have enjoyed working with my client and his wonderfully supportive, invested family. I enjoy having the opportunity to see my client’s progress over time and witness learned skills generalized in the natural setting when he is interacting with his family. Being in the house is a unique opportunity.”
