Chris Shippey, a Registered Behavior Technician at Proven, has worked for the company for two years. As an RBT, Chris works directly with clients to implement plans created by our BCBAs. He is both in the home and at the Norwell Center. When asked, what is your favorite part about working for Proven, Chris replied:
“Seeing a child you’re working with make strides and master new skills is why we do what we do. Oftentimes this job feels so rewarding simply because you are watching the progress in real time. I also get to play for work, I can hardly complain about that!”
