Top Places to Work recognizes the most admired workplaces in the state voted on by the people who know them best—their employees. The survey measures employee opinions about their company’s direction, execution, connection, management, work, pay and benefits, and engagement. The employers are placed into one of four groups: small, with 50 to 99 employees; medium, with 100 to 249 workers; large, with 250 to 999; and largest, with 1,000 or more.
Proven is primarily an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services and Speech and Language Therapy company comprised of highly experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), and clinically-trained Advocates that work with individuals with autism. In addition to clinical services, the company offers Special Education Advocacy services to its clients and members of the community.
Currently, the company employs nearly 100 staff members in Southeastern MA and operates out of their Norwell headquarters. Many clients come to the Norwell clinical center every day, while most others are seen in their homes throughout the South Shore and Upper Cape regions of MA. Center-based clients range in age from 18 months to 6 years and take part in the Foundations Program, which consists of ABA therapy, regular Speech and Language Therapy, and Special Education Advocacy support. Proven also works with school-aged children in the home and most recently, launched a Young Adult ABA program for individuals with autism from ages 16-26.
