Currently, we employ 100 staff members and operate out of our Norwell campus. With the 2021 expansion, we will be hiring for many new positions including Behavior Technicians, BCBAs and Speech Therapists. While many other ABA companies have a waiting list to access services, we are thrilled to have the ability to take on new clients in Stoughton, West Bridgewater, and the surrounding towns. Both of the new facilities contain 10,000 square feet of clinical, recreational, training, and administrative space. The expansive centers will allow for multiple therapy and play areas, a cafeteria, indoor motor play equipment, and additional outdoor motor play equipment in West Bridgewater.

Proven is primarily an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services and Speech and Language Therapy company serving individuals with autism and their families in the South Shore and Upper Cape Cod. Their clinical team is composed of highly experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). In addition to clinical services, the company offers Special Education Advocacy services to its clients and members of the community. Clinical center clients range in age from 18 months to 6 years and take part in Proven’s unique Foundations Program, which consists of ABA therapy, regular Speech and Language Therapy, and Special Education Advocacy support. Proven also works with school-aged children in their homes and most recently, launched a Young Adult ABA program for individuals with autism from ages 16-26.
