Clinical Fellowship Program

• The BCBA fellowship at Proven Behavior Solutions is a BCBA training program for newly licensed Behavior Analysts.  The program provides new BCBAs with resources and guidance in a supportive clinical environment as they move into the role as a clinical BCBA at Proven Behavior Solutions.  The Clinical Fellowship seeks to ensure all BCBAs have significant quality work experience to identify and implement best clinical practice and provide quality ABA services.  

Continuing Education

• All clinical staff complete ongoing education to promote integrity and cohesiveness among staff, as well as foster the use of best clinical practices.  This may include updates on company-related initiatives and policies, refreshers on commonly used techniques or ABA principles, engaging in activities that expand their skills, updates to the field or clinical best practices, and completing certification maintenance requirements.  These trainings occur at least monthly, and topics are selected based on the needs of the professional learners within the company.  Certificates for certification maintenance are provided following trainings that meet BACB requirements. 

Behavior Management Training for Preschool/Head Start Educators

• Our staff conduct on-site workshops on behavior management best practices tailored to the organization. Additional opportunities exist after the workshop for follow-on observation and training if desired. 

Supervision for BCBA Trainees

• We provide supervision hours for individuals pursuing their BCBA credential. This benefit is only available to employees and is typically provided for free as long as work and availability requirements are met. 

Ethics training for ABA staff

• ABA-specific Ethics training for BACB-credentialed staff can be provided for continuing education units (CEUs).
